Ordering

Please email with your order. I will email an invoice to you. All orders are subject to avaliability. Arrangements can be made for out of stock items and special requests.

 
Shipping and Handling

Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Insurance on the package is mandatory and will be included in shipping charges on your invoice.

If items are currently avaliable they will ship within 1-3 business days when payment is made via Paypal or money order. Personal checks will be held up to 10 days after they are received to assure clearance at my bank.

Shipping charges will be calculated by weight of package.

Returns

Please email Bonaventure Boutique immediatly if there is a problem with your item.
 
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of item. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. A refund will be given if requested, or any repairs can be made and the item will be returned to the buyer. Shipping and return shipping will only be refunded if the item is faulty or misrepresented in some way.
 
You MUST email Bonaventure Boutique for approval before returning an item.  

 
Holding Items & Custom Orders

In order to place an item on hold or to order an item custom made for you, a 50% deposit will be required. Deposits for these items are non-refundable. Items will be held up to 30 days with deposit. Custom made items should be ready within 4 to 6 weeks, at which time full payment will be expected in order for the item to ship.
